What is included in the free trial?

We offer a self-service free trial. Simply fill out the short form, then click to connect with the relevant app and you'd be logged in instantly. No manual steps are required.

The free trial includes all the modules, usage limits apply. During the free trial you may update, cleanse, merge up to 500 records.

Canceling the free trial is also self-service. At any time you may login and remove all your data from Insycle's infrastructure immediately.

What counts as a record?

Our plans are based on the total number of records in the apps that are connected to Insycle.

You can review your counts in Settings - Sync Status. Specifically, here are the record types that are included in the count:

HubSpot: Contacts, Companies, Deals
Intercom: Leads, Users, Companies
Mailchimp: Contacts
Marketo: Leads, Companies, Opportunities
Pipedrive: People, Organizations, Deals
Salesforce: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities
Yext: Locations, Assets
Zendesk: Tickets

Custom Objects are other Standard Objects are optional add-ons.

How is the monthly price calculated?

The monthly price is updated automatically every month. It is calculated based on the total number of records in the apps that are connected to Insycle.

The price can go up when records are added to your CRM, and down when you remove redundant records, yet another reason to keep your database neat.

For an estimated plan cost, adjust the pricing slider above to match the number of records in your database.

For the exact plan cost, log in and click ``Buy Plan`` on the top right corner under your name. You'll be presented with pricing options to complete the purchase.

Do I need to sign an annual contract?

The One, Two, and Business plans are month-to-month. There is no annual commitment and you may cancel your plan at any time.

You can choose to pay annually, we offer a 20% discount for plans that are paid annually.

Enterprise plans are annual.

How can I cancel my plan?

You may cancel your plan at any time directly using the Customer Portal.

How can I manage my plan?

You can review past invoices, manage billing, change credit card, or cancel the subscription at any time directly using the Customer Portal.

How many users are included?

All plans include unlimited users. See How to add users and team members to Insycle.

How many operations or updates are included?

All plans include unlimited usage and unlimited operations (update, merge, delete, create, etc.)

What is Insycle's product category?

Insycle's category is data management. It's a broad category, specifically at Insycle we focus on the following areas:

Data quality: cleansing, standardization, formatting, deduplication, mapping.

Data operations: bulk operations, import, data analysis, data exploration, transformations, migration, reconciliation.

Data collaboration: enable teams to work better together on data management.

What alternatives exist and how is Insycle different?

The most common alternative is to export data to CSV, use spreadsheets and VLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH to manipulate data, and then import it back, a time consuming and error-prone process. Another alternative is custom development in-house using the platform APIs, a challenging, non-strategic resource allocation and costly adventure for ongoing maintenance. Lastly, there are some app-specific legacy tools available, mostly for Salesforce.

Unlike existing alternatives, Insycle is a modern tool that works directly on the data interactively, without the complexities of IDs and picklists. Insycle is a unified tool that works consistently across apps and is therefore the strategic tool preferred by IT executives.

How secure is Insycle?

Security is our top priority and we're committed to delivering secure services to our customers.
Insycle passed Salesforce AppExchange Security Review and has A+ SSL rating by Qualys SSL Labs.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using TLS 1.2 and AES256.

All data and servers are located in Google Cloud Platform data centers that completed ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 certifications.

How does Insycle handle customer data?

Your data is used for the sole purpose of providing the Insycle service to you. Insycle does not integrate or share data with any third party. None of your data is aggregated, anonymized, or analyzed.

At any time you can login and remove all your data from Insycle's infrastructure immediately, self-service. For details read about managing data in the Help Center.

How does Insycle satisfy GDPR?

Insycle is committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Insycle is a data Processor on behalf of its customers (Data Controllers). For more details see our Privacy Policy.

Right to be Forgotten (Data Erasure): Insycle mirrors data stored in the cloud apps you use, deleting data from an app will result in automatic deletion of that data from Insycle. For example, deleting a Contact or Contact field in Salesforce will result in automatic deletion of that contact or contact field from Insycle.

Insycle processes data only in Google Cloud Platform which complies with GDPR. Insycle does not integrate or share data with any third party.

The Insycle product can help customers comply with GDPR by developing data inventory and field categorization. Use Insycle to explore your data and identify personal data fields.
