One number, honestly counted

Your grade is the percentage of records with no data issues at all.

If 84,000 of 100,000 records have zero identified issues, your grade is 84%. The other 16,000 records count once in the overall result, even when one record has several problems. No mystery formula. No invented industry benchmark. Use the result as a starting snapshot, not as proof the data will stay healthy.

Audit & Grade Your CRM Data Quality

Find the problem by record type, and by kind.

A single score gives you the verdict. The breakdown makes it useful. See whether the concentration sits in contacts, companies, or other supported record types, then inspect the categories behind the result.

Counting rule: each record counts once in the overall grade and its record-type grade. In the category view, a record with several kinds of issues appears in every relevant category.

Category counts can total more than 16,000 because one record can have more than one kind of issue.

CRM Data Grader questions

What to know before you connect.

How is the CRM Data Grade calculated?

The overall grade is the percentage of analyzed records with zero identified data issues. A record counts once in the overall grade even when it has several problems. In the category breakdown, that same record can appear in every category that applies.

What is a good CRM data grade?

There is no universal benchmark that fits every CRM, data model, or go-to-market motion. Use your first grade as a baseline, inspect which record types and issue categories carry the most risk, and measure improvement against your own starting point.

Is the CRM Data Grader really free?

Yes. The CRM Data Grader is a standalone free tool with no credit card required. It gives you an overall grade and a breakdown of the issues it found. Fixing records and monitoring data health over time are separate Insycle capabilities.

Which CRMs does the CRM Data Grader work with?

Current product documentation explicitly covers HubSpot. The scoring method is CRM-neutral, but availability is not universal. If you use another CRM, confirm current Grader support with Insycle before connecting.

Is it safe to connect the CRM Data Grader?

The Grader analyzes authorized CRM data to calculate your grade. After grading finishes, CRM data is automatically removed from Insycle infrastructure and only grade metrics are retained. Review the permissions shown by your CRM during authorization, along with Insycle’s privacy and security information.

What happens after I get my CRM data grade?

Use the free grade as a point-in-time baseline. The CRM Data Health Assessment provides nightly diagnosis, trends, and repair paths for subscribers. Data Integrity goes further by defining your organization’s standards in Blueprints, applying them with Data Logic, and monitoring coverage and drift through Observability.
