A Data Logic template decides how CRM records match a Blueprint, what gets written when they match, which records are in scope, and what happens when nothing matches.
Select an existing Blueprint, upload a CSV, use maintained reference data, or generate a starting point with AI.
Bind Blueprint columns to CRM fields and choose exact, contains, regex, numeric, or date matching, with options for real-world variations.
Choose the fields to update, define field-level update conditions, and set fallbacks for records that match no row.
See what will change before any write. Then update records manually, on a schedule, or from a CRM workflow.
Evaluate industry, employee range, region, dates, text patterns, and other fields together. More specific rows can take priority over broader ones.
Set territory, owner, tier, persona, score, or other outputs together from the single Blueprint row that matched.
Use field-level conditions, fallbacks, filters, preview, and saved configurations to make updates deliberate and repeatable.
Match each account on Industry, Employee Range, and Country. Write Territory, Owner, and Tier together from the first matching Blueprint row. Use “Unassigned” as a fallback so every undecided segment becomes visible.
Resolve inconsistent fields, classify records, derive new values, and harmonize data across sources.
Centralize repeatable operating decisions that would otherwise live in branching workflows, spreadsheets, or custom code.
A HubSpot Workflow or Salesforce Flow can trigger a saved Data Logic template. The workflow controls when it runs; the Blueprint controls the strategy; Data Logic applies it; Observability measures the result.

Apply the current Blueprint version
Data Logic is Insycle’s engine for applying Blueprint-based standards and business logic to CRM records. It maps Blueprint columns to CRM fields, evaluates matches, and writes the intended outputs.
CRM workflows control when automation runs. Data Logic centralizes what decision should be made in a readable, versioned Blueprint, so the same strategy can be reviewed, updated, reused, and measured without rebuilding branches across multiple workflows.
Yes. Preview mode shows which records match, which fields would change, and where coverage gaps remain before Data Logic writes anything.
Without a fallback, the record remains unchanged and visible as a coverage gap. You can also configure a field-level fallback value that updates the field while preserving the record as a coverage gap, allowing your team to review the values the Blueprint does not yet recognize.
Yes. A Data Logic template can run on demand, on a schedule, or when triggered by a HubSpot Workflow or Salesforce Flow. Preview mode lets you inspect the expected results before enabling updates or automation.
Preview the impact, update with control, and reuse the logic everywhere it belongs.
