Insycle starts with a precise filter, shows every record in scope, previews each before-and-after value, and logs the completed run, so high-volume changes stop being high-risk changes.
List views cap the working set, expose only certain fields, and leave the operator to repeat the same clicks. Exporting to a spreadsheet adds another system, another copy of the data, and a risky re-import.
The operations teams need most, sequence enrollment, lead conversion, recurring purges, may be one-at-a-time, gated by plan, or absent entirely.
How to run a controlled bulk CRM operation
Filter the exact records, inspect the full working set in Record Viewer, configure the change, and generate a before-and-after Preview CSV. Run the update only after the scope and outcome are verified. Save the configuration to repeat it on a schedule or launch it from a workflow.
Use one field to define the audience and another to define the change. Record Viewer shows the records in scope before you proceed.
Set writable fields, update several in one run, add or subtract multi-select values, or clear values intentionally.
Download a CSV with Before and After columns, then use the Run ID and Activity Tracker to verify the completed operation.

Junk records inflate CRM billing tiers, drag down email deliverability and sender reputation, and bury the records that matter. Filter to the junk, no email address, invalid phones, spam patterns, or records untouched for years, then review the Record Viewer, preview, and delete in bulk. Health Assessment feeds this workflow directly: its Incomplete Data and Invalid Data categories link to the module and purge template.
Nothing vanishes without a receipt. The CRM deletion is permanent, but the run report preserves the fields you selected as an audit record. It is not an undo or a promise that the deleted CRM records are recoverable.

Bulk enroll a precise contact audience into a sequence available to the licensed Sales or Service Hub user, without requiring the automated sequence capability reserved for Enterprise.
Convert a filtered set of leads to contacts through the supported AppExchange path. Link accounts first, then choose whether ownership stays with the lead owner or inherits from the account.

Insycle can bulk enroll a filtered contact audience into a sequence available to a licensed Sales or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise user. Choose the contact owner or a fixed licensed user as sender, then run the saved operation on a schedule or from a supported HubSpot Workflow.
Filter the leads in Bulk Operations, link them to accounts first with Lead-to-Account Matching, choose the ownership rule, and run conversion through Insycle’s supported AppExchange path.
Yes. Build the filter, inspect every matching record in Record Viewer, and preview the scope. Before running the purge, use the Record Viewer layout to choose which fields the Activity Tracker report will preserve. The deleted records are captured automatically in the run’s downloadable CSV report. CRM deletion is permanent; the report is an audit record, not an undo.
Yes. The fields that define the audience do not have to be the fields you change. For example, filter contacts by lifecycle stage and activity date, then assign a new owner or set a routing flag.
There is no one-click rollback, which is why Insycle provides Preview before the operation runs. To reverse a completed update, use Magical Import to restore the Activity Tracker report’s Before values, matching records by Record ID. For deletions, check your CRM’s recycle bin first. If the records are no longer available, you can re-import the fields captured in the run report as new records, with new record IDs.
See the exact records, review the before-and-after result, and keep the completed run in Activity Tracker.
From recurring cleanup to a standing rule
The filter you keep re-running is a standard you haven’t declared yet. See how a recurring cleanup becomes a standing policy.
