Easy to review
Keep conditions and outcomes together in one table instead of burying them inside workflow branches, scripts, and spreadsheets.
Define standards and business logic in readable, versioned tables. Blueprints make the way your CRM should interpret data easy to review, reuse, and change.
Territory strategy · Version 12
| Region | Employees | Territory | Tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| US East | 1000+ | Enterprise East | 1 |
| US West | 1000+ | Enterprise West | 1 |
| Any | 100-999 | Mid-Market | 2 |
Each Blueprint row pairs inputs with the outputs they should produce: a postal code with its state and city, firmographics with a territory and tier, or a job title with a persona and seniority. Adding a decision can be as simple as adding a row.
Keep conditions and outcomes together in one table instead of burying them inside workflow branches, scripts, and spreadsheets.
See what the strategy said at any point in time and connect every evaluation to the exact Blueprint version used.
Apply the same Blueprint across multiple templates and connected CRM environments without duplicating the strategy.
Already have your strategy in a spreadsheet? Upload it. Otherwise, use Insycle’s Generate with AI, or create a Blueprint with your preferred AI tool, or start with an Insycle-maintained reference Blueprint.
Map Blueprint columns to CRM inputs and outputs, choose matching behavior, and set field update conditions.
Use Observability to find valid values your Blueprint does not yet recognize, then add the rows that matter most.
Country, state, and region normalization
Industry, job title, persona, and seniority classification
Lead source and UTM harmonization
Product, SKU, and system ID standardization
Territory and owner assignment
ICP, lead, and renewal-risk scoring
Pricing tier and discount governance
Compliance, suppression, and account segmentation
When your territories, scoring model, normalization standard, or routing policy changes, publish a new Blueprint version. Your Data Logic mappings, automation, and workflow triggers stay in place.
Insycle provides and maintains reference Blueprints for common data standards, such as postal codes mapped to state and city. Copy one to customize it, or keep the maintained original current as reference data changes.

A Blueprint is a readable, versioned table that expresses your data standards or business logic. Each row maps input conditions to the outputs CRM records should produce, creating one reviewable system of record for how your data should be interpreted.
No. A Blueprint contains data, not CRM bindings. Data Logic templates can apply the same Blueprint to different objects, workflows, or CRM platforms.
Rows are evaluated from top to bottom, and the first matching row wins. Specific conditions should therefore appear above broader catch-all rows.
Yes. Already have your strategy in a spreadsheet? Upload it as a CSV. Otherwise, generate a Blueprint with Insycle’s AI, or create one with your preferred AI tool and upload the resulting CSV, or start with an Insycle-maintained reference Blueprint.
Publish the change as a new Blueprint version, and the Data Logic mappings, schedules, and CRM triggers that use it stay in place. Reports retain the exact version used for each evaluation, so you can always determine what the strategy said at that time.
Start from your own table, an example, or maintained reference data.
